Keurig Dr Pepper is set to acquire JDE Peet’s in an $18 billion mega deal, forming the new 'Global Coffee Co.' with around $16 billion in annual net sales with brands such as Keurig, Jacobs, L’OR, and Peet’s. Dr Pepper, Canada Dry and 7UP, meanwhile, will be spun off into an independent business
