Keurig Dr Pepper appoints Rafael Oliveira as CEO of new coffee giant

Keurig Dr Pepper has finalized its $18 billion acquisition of JDE Peet’s, creating the world’s largest pure-play coffee company with about $16bn in annual sales led by Keurig, Jacobs, L’OR, and Peet’s. Rafael Oliveira, former CEO of JDE Peet’s and executive at Kraft Heinz, has been appointed CEO of the new entity.
