Ukraine files WTO complaint over Kazakhstan steel duties

Ukraine has requested WTO consultations with Kazakhstan regarding anti-dumping measures levied by Kazakhstan on certain types of steel pipes imported from Ukraine. The request was circulated to WTO members on 21 September.
