PUBLIC EXPENDITURE SCRUTINY TRAINING FOR MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT
GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has allocated financing towards the cost of the Public Expenditure Scrutiny Training for Members of Parliament (MPs) Project and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued. The financing shall not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of CDB, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. No party other than CDB shall derive any rights from the financing or have any claim to the proceeds of the financing.
The following consultancy assignment will be procured under the project:
- Consultancy services to support capacity building in public expenditure scrutiny for Members of Parliament, using the Cooperative Republic of Guyana as a pilot country.
It is expected that these will be procured during the period February – August, 2018.
Consultants from member countries of CDB will be eligible to participate in these procurement opportunities.
