(Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) The CARICOM Secretariat has launched an online knowledge hub which features essential updates and information related to the upcoming 50th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), 24-27 February in Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis.
This official online presence is a gateway to the 50th Meeting, catering to a diverse range of stakeholders. It includes specific content created for regional and international media, foreign policy and international relations stakeholders, Caribbean youth leaders, Caribbean affairs specialists, policymakers, researchers, students, and the broader Community.
Key features include a media center for media releases, high-level speeches, image galleries, videos, and a consistently updated news tab. Details of the Meeting, such as information on the speakers, special guests, thematic focus points, and the programme of events will also be included on the platform.
Over the period of the Meeting, visitors to the hub can access live streams of the opening ceremony, closing media conference, and other key events. Members of the media and other stakeholders are encouraged to bookmark the knowledge hub and visit for daily updates.
The Meeting Communiqué, once finalised, will also be available via the media center section of the hub.
