Guatemala and Peru notify mutually agreed solution in agriculture dispute

On 23 April, Guatemala and Peru submitted a notification to the WTO’s Dispute Settlement Body of a mutually agreed solution in dispute DS457, “Peru — Additional Duty on Imports of Certain Agricultural Products.” The notification was circulated to WTO members on 24 April.
