Agriculture negotiators resume talks after summer break, gaps remain

WTO members met on 13 and 15 September to look at issues on which they envisage possible outcomes in agriculture at the WTO’s eleventh Ministerial Conference in Buenos Aires (MC11) and beyond. While most members signalled strong interest in achieving substantive outcomes in agriculture for the Buenos Aires meeting in several issues, gaps persist on what could be potential deliverables.
