Danone doubles down on Argentina as rivals retreat from dairy

Danone and Arcor have finalised a jointly controlled dairy business in Argentina by combining Danone's local operations with dairy producer Mastellone Hermanos. The deal gives the partners equal ownership and includes the integration of logistics subsidiary Logistica La Serenísima.
