Members endorse thematic sessions workplan, welcome progress on vaccine classification

At a meeting of the Committee on Market Access (CMA) on 19-20 November, members agreed to wrap up a series of thematic sessions on supply chain resilience. They also welcomed progress on a joint effort by the World Customs Organization (WCO), World Health Organization (WHO) and the WTO to establish new tariff headings for vaccines, a move which will help facilitate the implementation of relevant trade and public health policies. Members also addressed a high number of trade concerns.
