This annual cultural event, held the second weekend in June, celebrates the crab-catching ways of Andros island, which is an island in The Bahamas known as “The Land of Crabs”. Highlights include land crabs cooked in 101 ways, a crab cultural show, releasing of the crabs, a crab culinary contest, crabs of Andros life cycle display, and Rake & Scrape Music. Venue is Queen’s Park in Fresh Creek, Central Andros, which is 2½ miles from the Andros Town Airport.
