Bahamas Technical & Vocational Institute (BVTI): Nassau, Freeport, and Abaco. BTVI is a semi-autonomous institution certified by City and Guilds.
Programmes are structured on the semester system with a four-week job internship/practicum period at the end for certificate/diploma and associate degree programmes. Programmes include associate of applied science degrees in business office technology; office administration; construction technology; IT management; IT security and server plus, and electronics engineering installers and repairers. Certificate/diploma programmes in construction and mechanics, electronics, beauty and fashion and business office trades and professional development courses. There are approximately 1,700 students at the Nassau campus, 300 in Grand Bahama and 100 in Abaco.

Programmes are structured on the semester system with a four-week job internship/practicum period. Programmes include associate degrees in office administration; certificates/diplomas in construction, automotive, and electrical trades, office assistant and beauty trade. Professional development courses in many other areas based on demand. Approximately 300 students.
