On Saturday June 27th from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation (BCCEC) will host its third annual Trade Expo to showcase the goods and services offered by the private sector. At a time when the strengthening of the local business community has become part and parcel of the overall effort to improve the economy and enhance growth, the BCCEC remains committed to fulfilling one of its mandates which is to provide platforms for local manufacturers to showcase their goods and reach new markets.
The Expo will provide an opportunity for persons to sample and purchase products and to also connect with local businesses. There will be a mix of approximately (50) small, medium, and large businesses from all sectors, offering both goods and services. Admission will be free to the general public.
Trade shows are important – they give companies a way to get their brand in front of new or existing customers. They also provide companies with networking opportunities and, most of all, allow them to generate leads and sales.
Through the Expo the BCCEC aims to create a platform for businesses and members of the public to meet, interact and together, discover a wide range of quality goods and services within our community. We also seek to encourage Bahamian businesses to build locally and grow globally.
