Mr. Speaker,
\nIt is my honour to present the 2018\/19 mid-year budget statement, as mandated by the Financial Administration and Audit Act, as well as the Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2018. This statement gives a provisional account of fiscal developments during the first half of the 2018\/19 financial year; an update on the progress of the initiatives set out in the 2018\/19 budget communication; and the outlook for the remainder of the fiscal year.<\/p>\n
